As a former business lender and now as a business consultant, it is my recommendation for business owners to work with strengths. Today, more than in any previous time in the past, working with strengths is critical when seeking a loan. SBA loans today are almost the only game in town for most businesses. Charles Green has, in my opinion, the best resource available, his book - "The SBA Loan Book" to help guide you through the SBA loan process. If you are serious about getting an SBA loan, get Charles' book and apply his suggestions to get your "YES".

Read This Book If You Want an SBA Loan--Really

If you want to get an SBA loan...or any other kind of financing...you need this book. It should be a part of every small business owner's library. It will help you navigate nearly any funding application with practical advice on how to confront every obstacle you face to getting financed from lack of collateral to low credit scores. Greene, the director of the Small Business Finance Institute in Atlanta, GA, is a former banker and true braintruster when it comes to small business finance and investing generally. He is a worthy expert source of information on getting funded for any qualified (or even not yet qualified) small business owner.

Charles Green is the authority when it comes to advice on how to actually get an SBA business loan.He has been a lender as well as a consultant and knows the in and out of a sometimes confusing government program.Read this book if you are seeking financing for your small business and then with the proper financial information in hand go see your local business banker with confidence.
