Danger! NOT The Dwayne Allman Classic!

This is NOT the classic Dwayne Allman-Boz Scaggs version. It's an emasculated, pop-flavored parody of that classic recording. You'll just have to suck it up and buy that whole "Dwayne Allman - An Anthology" if you want the real thing. You can't buy just that track alone. Your mileage may vary, but "Loan Me a Dime" is the only cut on that album I'd actually pay for.And the recording industry still wonders why people pirate music, D'Oh!

This is a very long and very old song. I remembered it from when I was much younger. It captures this artist at a different period of his career when he had a large band and played mostly blues/rock fusion. It is well done.
